Soft Beauty is your trusted online destination for premium beauty and grooming products. We offer a wide range of skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrances, and personal care items from top brands. Our carefully curated collection ensures that you get authentic, high-quality products delivered right to your doorstep. We stock over 1000+ products across 50+ premium brands.

How fast is your delivery and what areas do you cover?

We pride ourselves on our fast delivery service. For Indore city, we offer 24 hours delivery. All orders are carefully packaged and tracked throughout the delivery process.

How do I place an order on Soft Beauty?

Shopping on Soft Beauty is simple and secure. Browse our categories or use the search bar to find products. Click on items to view details, select quantity, and add to cart. Review your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in delivery details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

What are your minimum order requirements?

There is no minimum order value required to shop with us. However, orders above ₹200 qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹200, a nominal delivery fee of ₹20 is charged.

How can I be sure about product authenticity?

At Soft Beauty, we source our products directly from authorized distributors and brand owners. Each product goes through strict quality checks before being shipped. We provide 100% authenticity guarantee on all products. In the rare case you receive a product you believe is not authentic, we offer a full refund and will investigate the matter immediately. All products come with batch codes that can be verified on manufacturer websites.

Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. We are working on adding more secure payment options like credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking in the near future.

Are there any additional charges for different payment methods?

Most online payment methods (cards, UPI, net banking) have no additional charges. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small convenience fee of ₹20 is applicable. This fee is clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. For online payments, the amount is credited back to the original payment method used. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer - you'll need to share your bank details. We also offer instant refunds as store credit that can be used immediately.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, no amount is deducted from your account. You can try again with the same or different payment method. If money was deducted but order wasn't confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed within 24-48 hours. Our customer service team is available 24/7 to help resolve any payment issues.

Order Returns
What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 10-day return policy on most products. Personal care items, intimate wear, and opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. You can initiate returns through your account or by contacting customer service.

How do I return a product?

To return a product: 1) Go to Orders in your account 2) Click "Initiate Return" button next to the order 3) Select reason for return 4) Our delivery partner will collect the package from your address.

How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive your returned items, our quality team will inspect them within 24-48 hours. After verification, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For online payments, refund will be credited to original payment method. For COD orders, you'll need to share bank details for refund transfer. We also offer instant store credit option.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Personal care items (combs, brushes etc), Intimate wear, Opened cosmetics and beauty products, Items without original packaging/tags, Products marked as non-returnable. Please check product page for return eligibility before purchasing.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns are free if the reason is: Damaged/defective product, Wrong item received, or Missing items. For change of mind returns, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be deducted from the refund amount. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns - simply pack securely and drop off or schedule pickup.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or process full refund including any shipping charges. Quality issues are taken very seriously and help us improve our service.
